AVA Bistro is our iconic spot combining a serious kitchen, specialty coffee and the atmosphere people return to Bali for. The green ceramic façade on Jalan Pantai Seseh has become one of the recognisable addresses in the area.

We often meet our buyers here — over coffee, layouts and quiet conversation. AVA is less about hospitality and more about the place where trust and the next deals get built.

Soon we're opening a bigger AVA in Umalas — extended kitchen, bar and a separate meeting area. Stay tuned.
